Republican Commission for Export Potential Development visited Surkhandarya region
On September 10 of this year, the Republican Commission for Export Potential Development headed by the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade visited Surkhandarya region and had a comprehensive study of foreign trade of local entrepreneurs and search of supporting opportunities.
During the trip, Members of the commission, i.e. heads of ministries, departments, commercial banks and local authorities, visited enterprises, talked with exporters, discussed existing issues and worked out options for interaction aimed at their resolution acceleration.
Further, Commission held a working meeting involving entrepreneurs in Sherabad region. During this meeting, they summed up and a concrete action plan for the near future.
The meeting was interactive and videoconferencing was used to simultaneously connect all districts of the region, which enabled quick exchange of data, involvement of responsible members of the Commission to jointly work out solutions to each issue. The assigned employees of the Ministry took control of the situation and received targeted instructions.
In addition, during the meeting, forecast indicators for attracting and developing investments and exports for 9 months and a year were heard: Responsible district, city and regional managers and employees reported obstacles and barriers to work with investors and exporting, as well as proposed on tasks fulfillment.
